WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
BH Management failed to provide me a timely renewal after being a model resident for over a year. I spoke to the property manager 3 months before my lease expired and was very clear that if i was not offered the current rate that I would not be staying and that I would need to leave at the expiration of the lease.
I was told that BH Management did their renewals differently and that they would offer me the current market value. I was told they hadn't hired a renewal specialist yet and that I would need to wait for my renewal, after several inquires over the next two months, same story. The week of Christmas (now less than 30 days before my lease expires) I finally receive a renewal and it was the same rate. They have been renting that floor plans for $600 cheaper per month for almost a year.
Due to the holidays, the office was closed a considerable amount, i went in the first opportunity I could on January 2 and spoke with the property manager and showed her comps for the exact same floor plan with 5 miles, one was listed at $1,000 cheaper, another at $800 cheaper. She asked me to send her the screenshots, which I did, and she would talk with 'Management', four weeks later, and now two weeks past my lease expiration I still had no answer. They continued to jerk me around for over a month and I finally had to move out in a matter of days.
Now we're past the point that they should have returned my security deposit, which they already told me there was no claim against it and they're still jerking me around. DO NOT RENT from them!!!

Frustrated
Extremely Disappointed with Aster Blue Diamond Apartments
Was living at Aster Blue Diamond for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The management and staff turnover is constant, and no one seems to stay long enough to address any ongoing issues or show any real care.
This lack of consistency has left problems unresolved and ignored for long periods of time.
Maintenance is incredibly slow to respond to requests, often taking far longer than expected to address even basic issues. One of the most disappointing aspects is the valet trash service, which is highly unreliable. They frequently miss pickups, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, leading to trash piling up and creating an unsightly and unpleasant environment.
The hallways are constantly plagued by a bad smell year-round, which seems to be a result of the carpets rarely being cleaned. The entire building, except for the lobby, smells like trash, which is both unsanitary and unpleasant to deal with on a daily basis.
The cleanliness of the common areas is equally disappointingcommon spaces like the pool, gym, and lobby are frequently closed for repairs that seem to drag on forever. It's the same with the key fobs, remote controls, and gates; there always seems to be some kind of malfunction that takes way too long to fix.
Additionally, the parking situation is a nightmare. If you come home late, finding a parking spot can be nearly impossible unless you pay for an assigned space, which comes with an extra hefty cost.
To top it all off, the management just raised the rent, which seems like a poor decision given the number of ongoing issues.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Aster Blue Diamond to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant living experience. There are just too many ongoing problems, and the lack of effective management is incredibly frustrating.

I moved in Dec 2023 & will be moving out without renewing once.
I have had a broken window i reported on move in that took 10 months, code enforcement coming out, & me stepping in water after it rained before they supposedly fixed it.
I moved in to:
* a broken dishwasher that took a month to replace,
* a stove so disgusting it took 2 weeks for them to take care of
* I had to leave my place for 2 nights so they could acid wash my bathtub as it had black things growing
* Countless cracking in the walls & caulking, the blinds fell on me and broke, the peep hole in the front door didn't work,
* A gated community that has broken gates with two shootings since i moved in, countless cars broken into and they have done nothing
* A garbage disposal that has been broken over a moth now & still not fixed
* A fell on loose steps on a ladder going into a pool ...still not fixed & my leg is still not fully healed
I could keep going.
This place is horrible & the mgmt company worse.

I haven't heard anything from BH Management. I cleaned the apartment.
I packaged the its for disposal as the property rules said. I know the people that pick up the trash did not pickup everything, so they are blaming me for what remained.
I can't help that. I followed the rules and the refused to refund me my deposit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Management team assured me this wasn’t their style.
Seems they closed their offices down during the holiday but forgot to tell anyone.
Two tours scheduled and confirmed. No one showed up.
Waited hours. No show. Tried calling. Have left VM and number at least 25 times .
Have emailed. Application has been approved.Fee of $200 taken from bank. No return calls from BH or Trinity Oaks.
Move in is next Wednesday and I have nothing. I do not know confirmed apt #.

Last night, after waiting for a parking spot until 10:40 in the night, I parked it next to the garbage point. This morning it got towed, and it cost me over $300. And management is very casually saying you parked in a non-designated parking spot. But isn't it management's fault?
Why would I park there if there were empty parking spots? If there are no empty parking spots, isn't it the management's fault to allow 3-4 cars for certain flats, causing no parking for certain other flats with just 1 car per flat?
Very, very bad management. Stay away, else you will suffer a lot.

Hello, the managers lied and said that I left a mess. I vacuumed and scrubbed the place prior to leaving, so they are lying about the mess The apartments are small, the community is clean, but the management team take advantage of you, and make up lies so that they don't have to return your deposit when you move out.

My apartment was not ready when I arrived. I went without a toilet for 3 days until I fixed it myself and lived in someone else's filth, with pet urine permeating from the stairs.
It has been 5 days of people coming in and out of my place, half-doing my repairs and me having to send pictures to unresponsive management and re-enter work orders. I want to be transferred to an apartment that is ready and clean for the same price that I am paying now. I manage a property down the street, so I know this isn't an unreasonable request. Both the property manager and district manager have been rude and unresponsive.
Don't take my word for it. Listen to the calls.
Look at the emails. This is my final attempt to remedy the situation before seeking legal counsel, making the issues public, and taking this as far as I can take it.
Preferred solution: Transfer me to another unit for the same price.

Verified Reviewer |I have been calling BH management corporate office over 20x and i keep getting told manager by the name of Branch will call back and it's been over a month and still haven't got a call back yet.
I had an issue at my residence that I wanted to address and have been calling and leaving a message for over a month now with no luck. The receptionist told me she would send an email and someone would get back to me. However, no one has gotten back to me yet.

Customer service is non existent
when we first moved in the management and maintenance was awesome. But some new management took over and they completely suck.
They dot return calls, they charged me for renters insurance 4 months even after i showed them my renters insurance. I time stamped the called they don't return and sent messages, and Doris said she doesnt check them. It took me calling 10x's in a row to fianlly get an answer.Maintence is the same since last managment but since new management, they ve become worthless as they don't handle service request in a timely manner anymore. They randomly close thru the week and don't let the tenants know.
I'm a tenant who has NEVER been been late on rent ever in my life.
On a saturday i went down to the office and a couple was there to see an apartment at 10am, nobody showed up to open the office and this couple finally gave up and went home as the employee didn't show up till 1pm that day. The buildings have mice living in them, some apartments have bird nest on there porch so they can't enjoy the porch area..
Goose *** is all over the sidewalk that nobody seems to clean up. This place isn't worth the money they ask for

We are not living there because it is unsafe, still have not heard from management. We are reaching out to lawyers to get out of our lease and to sue them! We just want a response and to get out of our lease so we can get a safe apartment!
We have had so many issues in our apartment complex that make it uninhabitable. I have been having several health issues because of the mold exposure.
We have reached out to the apartment management and they keep ignoring us!!!
It is unfair for us to have to pay rent if we are unable to safely stay in our home. They wont even address or try and fix the issues.

I explained my heath issues to management at boulder apartments and they are intentionally withholding AC during this hot season. I moved into an apartment that had fire damage human waste on the floor among other issues and I have photo evidence to show.
I complained of painting issue and they splattered paint all over my bed by accident ???
The manager and regional have not responded .
I will get straight to the point, and I would appreciate a verbal conversation at some point. I reported AC issues back in June. But let's quickly revisit my initial move-in, which was a nightmare with the duct tape in the fridge, human waste on the bathroom floors, etc. I quickly stopped placing work orders when I found paint on all my bedding, I knew that I would not get any further.
Courtney and I agreed, and I removed the post from the BH Corp website and the apartment community. I was stuck on an 18-month lease. I wanted to live at Birchwood after touring the model, and community, and the space was perfect. I love my apartment minus the maintenance uses which include the AC, bugs, and fridge and I cant use the cabinets because the wood is constantly breaking off, but I rather have Air Conditioning.
I need air conditioning and I need proof of what date the system was ordered and when it was delivered and or when it will be delivered.
I was told that my AC would be fixed on 8/10 and now 8/14, this started back in June and finally took a turn for the worse in July.
I truly believe that they are being intentional with not providing AC which is retaliation for the issue that arose at the move in the documentation will show, if I am wrong then I owe the team an apology right?
Allow me to apologize. This is what I truly want is listed below.
