Ok....the first apt i lived in had a water leak *** near the entire lease... The one i am in now had leak problems time i moved in Now there is a rat problem. Terminex put open traps out near my stove and told my daughter they will be back next wednesday and if a rat gets trapped, leave it there I get home around 11 each night and NEVER have a place to park. I live in a unit in Abilene, Texas. Not only were I cheated out of money that that never mentioned they owed me a disabled person. My sink was leaking smells like sewer gas a maintenance man ask me in an threatjng manner why I even called him on a Saturday that the company would have his *** if they knew he were on the click that I had two sinks.That I need to just use the other one.Never mind I'm paying for the convenience at a higher rate that... Horrible Service! Their buildings are falling apart. There was leakage in our apartment and they never fixed it, the house was falling apart and their staff is subpar at best. They will print 'document' to support their case when you call them out on their mistakes. Their Villages at Louetta apatment team will not only try to gang up on you but will trick uou into signing documents and try to force you to pay them more money than agreed on.... Read more

i was charged a late fee because their third-party site did not post my rent until the 4th. i logged on every day and it did not show my rent till the 4th. if they offer online payment i should not be charged because of their negligence. i took pictures of my computer screen and they told me its my responsibility to pay my rent. as far as im concerned they are thiefs and i cant wait to end this lease with this shady company. they say they care... BH Management recently took over management of my apartment complex. Since that time, it has gone downhill. The office staff does not return to phone calls. BH management will not allow you to speak to anyone when you call tell you that you have to go through the complaint process and they never return respond to your complaint. I have never experienced such ridiculous policies at an apartment complex. They tried to sneak in a $50 fee when we paid our first month's rent. They charged us a $580 re-letting fee when we gave our 45 day notice. When we turned in our keys, we double-checked that typical wear and tear would not cause cleaning charges. They lied. Don't have a playground for the kids, waiting for some *** to hit them. No carwash and No Clubhouse. False advertising. SHAMEFUL JUST TO GET PEOPLE INTO THIS DUMP

Your company brought into a complex that has Mold and Mildew really bad. Greystar didn't care and now you are left with the problem. I've been put out off the property and I have a special needs son. Wrongly accused of a damaged vehicle. But it's all good. You took a leasing consultant from Greystar who smokes marijuana(Kim). You need to drop a *** test on her . I have a 12 month lease contract with BH Management that was signed in Oct of 2014 that states my rent and utilities would be a total of $480.00 per month. As of Jan of 2015, BH Management hired NWP to send statements to all residents. Now I have been sent statements saying I owe additional utility charges over what was agreed upon in my lease because NWP is charging BH Management $3.00 per month to mail out monthly statements.
